 If talking on a cell phone is so bad they want to make it illegal...I think you have your answer.
Driving to a Phillies game on 95 one time guy to my left was literally all over the road.speed kept varying...I pulled up next to him and he smiled and pointed down at a head in his lap...dude was ugly as hell so I at least "got" him there.-
