TOO HARSH TO PUT UP XMAS DECOR

Made trip to beach to put up Xmas light décor in a couple of trees, or at least
get a decorative light in the middle of the pergola, but the cold wind was just too harsh
to even think about it. Probably would have blown the lights out of my hands, so forgot about that and back in the house to finish us with a couple other projects that were unfinished. Friday morning the wind and cold had not let up, so jumped in my
car and came on back to the country.

Guess everybody else are done with such tasks this close to Xmas? Simple décor is better when windy weather is upon us.

Have a good weekend, bloggers.

Still trying to decide on this. Went all out last year...

    blog on!
Am not going all out with decorations, ordered a couple of those 'star shower laser lights' on a stake that I can put in the yard to shine on my long front porch, easy install, and they project white lights on the house that looks like snow, so with those, a small Xmas tree inside and a 6ft gold paper mache raindeer with red bow on the porch, that's what's going to do it this year.
Enjoy your Holidays my friend.

Looks like you were a day early. I managed to hold off until Saturday which was a much better day as was Sunday. (at least down in this neck of the woods).
Had some business that had to be taken care of that day.
Could have been a worse day.

Have a great week my friend.

Working on decoration this weekend, nicer weather this week.
If mechanic gets done with my little run-about truck tomorrow, I plan on doing some decorations as it is supposed to rain all day Tues.

Have a good week my friend.

Lucky no snow even talked about for this area. Spoke with my sis in Mass. tonight and they have lucked out and not gotten any so far either, but a small area of Maine has gotten a bit, nothing major.

If we don't get rough weather this winter, we can look out for a harsh, horrible one next year. Just the way it goes.

Have a good week my friend.
