Great Relief !!!

Went into the next town today since the rain was about gone to my
Chiropractor, and he did a bang up job on my back, neck, legs what had
bothered me tremendously since that last fall. No permanent fix, might have to go 3-4 more times to keep everything in place from the adjustments.

Any of you bloggers believe in and use the services of a chiropractor?
Not every one of them does me any good, but this one I have been going to for some 30+ years. He is great - told him so today.

Glad was a terribly long time to not get any relief. Was a great find to get with a chiropractor who helped you. My son believes in the massage route, he has a friend who lets him drop in every day if need be.

Sure is nice to know which ones are great at what they do to help us get the relief we need.

Have been to several in years past that for many things, he just wanted to use 'the clicker method' which does nothing.

A one time adjustment usually gives some relief, but to keep everything in place, sometimes, several more trips in for adjustment will keep things in place and give the relief needed.

 I've used several throughout the years. I've sometimes found them helpful but unfortunately, it's never been a permanent fix. Glad yours helps!

This DR has always been great. He is a lucky guy to still be with us and able to continue his practice. He lives down in a beach community, loved to ride his bike around the scenic area and the old Military Base, and two years apart, some
'fool' ran into him on the bike (twice - two different occasions) and royally messed him up. He is only in his 40's (I guess), his wife took off and all kinds of stuff
during this time, but he has pulled it all back together.

And you are right there are many such doctors out there who just can't do the job adequately to relieve the pain.
