Have One!!!!!

All you bloggers out there have a wonderful weekend.

Not much going on for me except keep an appointment this afternoon to show a rental unit. Sure hoping to get it occupied as me and the painter have completely redone the inside. Looks almost new, so hoping the young lady signs up on it - always nice to have a few more dollars coming in.

Thanks for the good wishes. So far so good. Numerous inquiries and several serious filling out apps. Like to take it slow, check out individuals, and their past landlords for comments.

Have a good week!!! Temps dropping way low here for this time of year. Went out to check the temp, and found that the thermometer on the wall under the carport had gotten ripped away when the guy pressure washed the house
recently. Will have to wait for the weatherman to announce it. But could tell
about sunset tonight that it appeared to drastically drop about 10+ degrees
immediately.
