Beautiful Haze After Dark

Was eating my dinner tonight after it got dark, and the hazy glow from the security light across the street and the cold turning the moisture across my front yard and
trees was almost magical. Looked like the setting for a wonderful winter wonderland, preparing for Xmas. I just left the house lights on and watched it for the longest.
Needed some magic in my life today. Maybe tomorrow will bring a bit more excitement. Such a small thing to get excited about, but it worked to make life interesting for this ole lady.

As magical as these floating down from the sky when snowing.

Our temps much cooler here, lucky if we get into the 70's and at night we have hit very low 30's to mid 30's several nights. As the sun goes down the cool really hits you.

 Now, even though I live out in the country, near a good size river, I never thought about "hiking naked", guess am afraid too many ticks, chiggars, misquotes, even snakes might want to latch on. No fun after most of those latch onto you.

Out here in the wide open spaces in the country of SE N.C. it is magical from
time to time. Not much opportunity in the city to observe such as all the tall buildings obstruct such events. Love the county side. Have a great weekend. js

 No not snow, but the colder weather coming in our area hitting the high moisture content. The security light across the road just magnified it.
