Weird shit...

I've always been very doubtful of some of the claims that the owners of this site make about active profiles. I was going to write 'members' but it sounded plain wrong...

So can anyone explain how my previous post dated 3/1, or if you are reading this on the opposite side of the Atlantic 1/3, has been viewed by the grand total of 5 people and yet it's showing 143 views?

Now the subject mater might be interesting (it's not) so I can't think the five people whose profile names are listed as having read the post have each read it 30 times...

 The numbers never add up. I also suspect that it "counts differently" if some one clicks on a specific post form the "new" list, vs if they open your entire blog, and then click a specific post.
Legally, it's questionable. Morally, disgusting. Personally... I like it.
