Day 3

Well today was a lazy day. As typical, I forgot to turn my clocks back last night so I've been off all day long. Since I was at the rally last night and the wife is overly stressed out, our got to have a sleep over at one of his friends. That made the house nice and quiet. I've done three loads of clothes with one still in the dryer. It's ready to come out but I'm taking a break for the moment. The refrigerator has been cleaned out and all the dishes are cleaned and put away. Lucky for me, I had some help with that one. The refrigerator was a MESS!

When I picked up my , he told me they didn't sleep last night. He didn't make it 5 minutes in the car before he was knocked out. He did ask if we could make cookies. So tonight he and I made sugar cookies at his request. And I might add, we did so without Mom's help either. I also cooked Mom a steak for dinner tonight on the grill. That too was mighty tasty if I say so myself and I Do

So with my chores done (almost - trash still needs to go out) I'm about done. The dogs need to be walked soon and it's time to get cleaned up and ready for work tomorrow. I hope each of you have had a great weekend.
