Standard Membership

I have been a member of VisionPersonals.com for a VERY long time. I remember back when I first started here Standard Membership was restricted but you could contact some people and had some access. I even remember Silver access. Gold Membership removed all those restrictions. I haven't been a standard member in ages.

Since I haven't chosen to renew, I am shocked to see how locked down and money hungry this site has become, compared to before. Being a standard member, seems like a punishment in comparison. Wow. With considering how many people are on this site and the money people spend you would think this site would work better and won't try to nickle and dime every interactions.

I'm not sure what means for my time on VisionPersonals.com. So going

 Diminishing number of members means a diminishing income from the site. So they are constantly reducing what the standard members can do in order to try and get them to upgrade - reduced IM function, unable to read/send mail, etc.

Not sure if it does increase revenue or just force members somewhere else.

Yea. Unfortunately, that will only drive more people away. If I still had the old standard access I would stay around long but this is current setup is pushing me toward the out door.

 I joined this site forever ago, back in 99. It’s been interesting to see the changes. Unfortunately, so much has changed that I don’t frequent it like I used to
