Cute/Cutie

Alright so I'm pretty good with words and all; but, might some of you share your thoughts opinions on what you guys are thinking when you look at a picture and use the word "cute" or cutie".

 The problem with those words are every person has their own opinion of what cute is, plus are they talking about just a face or an overall appearance like something the person is wearing. Some people also substitute the word cute for sexy and hot when they don't want to seem overbearing or too far in the gutter, LOL. Overall I think most just like to use it as a compliment without sounding too strong or using lame over used words, but yeah not like cutie isn't over used on this site, LOL.

 Not a term I ever use. I associate it with pretty, and to me, pretty is just bland. There are millions of women who are bland, pretty; nondescript- the types of girls who work in a retail environment. I imagine these who use the term aloud, well, I think you probably have a strong mental picture about guys like that

 Sometimes to me cute/cutie makes me think of a puppy or kitty. So when I show someone a face picture and they are like "you're a cutie" I think to myself jeez so they think I look like a kitten or a puppy. lmao

 That's funny. but seriously even if you look at it from that angle they are just saying they think the puppy or kitten is cute because it makes them feel really good when they look at it so try thinking of it that way and just realize when someone says that they are saying you make them feel good inside when they are looking at you.
