Do men really want more sex in the winter months??
If you’ve noticed your love life heating up, as the temperatures drop you’re not alone.

According to a new study published on the popular blog The Psychology of Human Sexuality, men want more sex during the winter. In this new study, 114 men were asked to rate the attractiveness of several women, over the course of the year. Scientists found that men were more aroused by revealing photos of women during the colder months than they were during the summer.

They reported noticeably increased levels of arousal from December to February. Men who were in relationships, also reported a spike in attraction to their partners during the winter.

However, what about women? Although I haven’t found any data to support it, I’d argue that women want sex just as much as men during the winter. It’s cold out there and what many of us crave is a little human contact so keep that in mind next time a woman approaches you in January.
