ok,they was designed as a tobacco setter,but they are great for other plants,not seedlings or potatoes.

 Gosh, had not seen this post when I responded to the transplanter on
the back of the tractor above. But this is what we used to plant
tobacco, collard plants etc in the big fields and the smaller
gardens. "Sucker" is heavy when full of water in big cylinder.
Gave us tomboys big muscles.
