 Windows Vista with G00gle Chrome and broadband. I use IE for making bling though as Chrome doesn't make the larger bling.

 Still having to use HughesNet out here in the swamp, and Windows 7.
Our County is dragging their feet about getting broadband for those of us out in the country who are stuck with having to tolerate whatever
connection we can get, but better than the old dialup we had to use for years.
