I'm not really behind,because I don't have a schedule ,,,I had to go to the Verizon store in WS this morning ,my cell phone messed up and no one can hear me They had to order me a new one(free)the mike quit working Has your phone messed up before

 Yes mine has a few times I just had to take the memory card and battery out. Then turn it back on.

ok,,,I tried every thing with mine and so did Verizon,then they realized also the mike had give up the ghost

 Sure did, just last weekend. Darn old one kept dropping my
calls, and part of the time, you could hear about every other
word maybe. Was told by Verizon they could not fix it, so bought
another. Can't get used to it.

Verizon tried to sell me one,but I wouldn't buy it
