 When I mention temperatures of 119, and sunshine without a cloud anywhere in the sky shining down like a blowtorch, that can rot the tire valves off the wheels of a car sitting in the sun in one summer season, most people think I'm joking, and if not, they wonder WHY would any sane person choose to live in such an infernal?

Ha, Ha, well of course that's a good question and the truth is I'm pretty nuts, but at the same time, my house inside is the most comfortable place I've ever lived. Not only that, but the fact is there are many ways to beat this environment. Just one example is the fact that the nights here during the summer are the most beautiful any person could ever imagine. There are no mosquitoes or gnats or other flying insects here to make life so unbearable as they do in other parts of the country.. Another big draw, is the absence of PEOPLE.. and yet only 100 plus miles to the West are 20-25 million of the two-legged critters, just causing trouble for one another.. lol. xoxo david
