a little love
Often we fill our lives with so much...just so we can get that feeling of love and acceptance. We fight the demons that have chased us since childhood. We learn if we do any thing in abundance we can mask our weakness. I tend to collect...people, junk, stuff all to fill that empty place in my heart. When not collecting stuff I tend to eat...it's an amazing feeling to be full. There is guilt to gluttony, we deny ourselves pleasure. If only I were smarter, prettier, thinner what a task is before us. I know for myself there are days when I am very strong and there is a quality that I can truly admire about myself...other days I am a fearful . So today I quietly reflect and I will love that tiny me inside of all of this bone and flesh. I will be a strong woman with a shinning personality.

 Being self aware is a true and rare gift. The next gift to give yourself is love of self. You are a beautiful person, inside and out. Accept and embrace your beauty and your strength grows from there. I wish you not just strength but happiness with who you are and many more days of your shining personality.
