It has been a struggle to keep busy...the mind has still been foggy...I think I will be ok as long as I can create. A new baby will be born soon in the family...his name will be Dexter..., so I wanted to write a 's book using the name in his honor. I have started the last page and cover to book.

I have also made gift for a friend...she loved it.

 Making things is actually a lot of fun.
Especially with all the tools available
nowadays.The jewelry is fabulous.
There is a dollhouse store out here
I was blown away at some of the
detail.

 I felt the same way about reenacting 20 years ago. I could completely disconnect from my 9-5 "tech" job. Go live in the woods, wear wool, and cook over a fire. Spend weekends at historic sites, and really breathe history. Now I find myself craving the comforts like AC and an indoor pool..
