A question for those with multiple partners

I was trying to sleep last night (I'm having a bit of an insomniac spell) and a question kept popping into my head, then I heard a similar one on the Savage Lovecast today. So I thought I'd raise the question here.

I've been in a couple relationships with women who had other partners, more over they had live in partners/spouses. When it came to having sex with them, I was always reluctant to have sex in the bed they shared with said live in partner/spouse. There is just something about wanting to keep that space theirs that I haven't been able to get out of my head.

My question is basically this, is this only a me thing? Does anyone else have this problem. If you are one of the people with live in partners, do you have a problem bringing other partners into that space. Or do you prefer to keep that bed for just your live in partner/spouse?

I had no issues with bringing lovers into my marital bed...until we started sharing a house with the in-laws. But that's not the bed's fault. My brother-in-law is home all the time & would flip out if I started waltzing other men through the house to my bedroom whether my husband's okay with it or not. Lol
