I am a sex God ...
Ok more musings from a guy that has a nice quiet house to himself.

I just thought I would let everyone know that I am a sex God!!!! (according to a couple on line quizzes)

[blog NormalGirl2010] did a "retro post" that was based around her taking a "which greek Goddess are you" quiz. Well being curious I looked up the same quiz.

Just for a laugh I took the quiz. After taking it I found a link to a "God" quiz.

My results came out Aphrodite and Zeus.



I'm sure most of you have been exposed to the Greek Myths on some level or another. Since there has been TV series' books, video games you name it they have used greek myths in them. But because I love greek mythology and am a bit of a geek (not to mention a teacher ). Here is a quick overview of the two.

Aphrodite (Venus in Roman mythos) is the Goddess of Love, Beauty and Sex. Commonly believed to be the most beautiful of the Goddess' she was also married to Hephaestus, the God of Fire and the Forge (the blacksmith of the Gods). Coincidentally he was also considered the ugliest of the Gods. Aphrodite as you might expect had many affairs most notably with Ares. She is also said to be the Goddess that started the Trojan war just so she could win a beauty contest.

Zeus (Jupiter to the Romans) youngest of the original Olympians. He is also the most powerful. But more to the point of this post he is also a womanizer. He loves mortal and Godly women alike and beds more then we can count (some myths even suggest he had a soft spot for young adult males as well). He fathered several demi gods. The most Famous being Hercules and Perseus. But it was said that women couldn't resist him. But part of that was trickery. He would come to women as Eagles, Swans, Beams of light, or in the form of their husbands (who were) either way at war or recently killed.

So have you ever been called a sex God/Goddess? Have you ever met someone you thought to be one? If anyone would like a little elaboration on these Greek myths let me know. Yeah like I said I'm a bit of a geek and I love this stuff.

 I don't know which one you took. I went searching & found 3 different ones & came out Aphrodite on all three. This was my favorite description though:

You are very pretty and care for your looks alot, you could be a bit smarter though. You hang out with you're possie at the mall alot. Guys date you.. why else? Because your pretty of course! Your sweet enough to break up with guys but if they break up with you... everyone says bye bye X/

I get hooked on the quizzes.

So now not only are you Queen Audio but Aphrodite. Wow the lucky guy(s) that get to be with you. There are tones of these. But I was at a site called paleothea or something like that.
