 My first idea was this:

"No thanks, but I've posted your user name to the 'gays who like to suck straight guy cock' group in your city."

(Of course, there probably is no such group, and most gay guys probably have more sense than to waste time hitting on straight guys. And even if there were such a group, it would be rude to the participants to give them the idea that the loser-mail guy actually did want his cock sucked by a man. But the idea isn't to actually do it, but to respond to an obnoxious e-mail with something that the sender would probably find equally unappealing.)

But having read the other replies, I like the idea of the bogus date -- ideally with a mention in the blog that it was not a sincere offer; if they lack the sense to read up on the potential date by checking out the blog, they deserve to have some of their time wasted. After all, time spent looking for the date is time not spent annoying others on the site.
