I'm not sure where this quote originated, I've asked the sister who used it for a signature line to send me the source. But it is of arabic (islamic) origin. Just want to share (and record it for my own rememberance).

 Wow. That's interesting...

As a man, I could feel slighted and be angry.

But as a man who adores women, I delight in the simple truth of it. I know that I have always shined my brightest when I have had a special woman in my life. (And it gets awfully cold and dark when that light goes out.)

 PM: that was said by a man. sheikh... somebody. and what gets me about it... as a woman, it makes me feel special... but also makes me think "i need to be ever better". but i realize how ugly that quote could be to a man that has been surrounded by only bad women... it wouldn't be appreciated by everyone. (not saying YOU have been surrounded by bad women!! just that I see how it could be viewed)
