DO NOT READ IT TO YOUR MAN!

Smoke is blown in a thousand ways. Cigarettes, pipes, cigars, I assume you're hinting at drug use, but I believe numerous tribal medicine practitioners blow smoke, besides the whole "smoke and mirrors" image of blowing smoke to cover up truth.
