Still Believes in Rainbows

We're in the midst of a glorious storm!! Sorry for those who have gardens and fruit trees... I hope it's not bad enough to do any damage. It was pouring pretty good for a while though.. huge, glorious drops of warm rain.

I went rain dancing.

Right after I rolled up all the windows to my car and got soaked through in the minute that took. Nothing else to do but strip down to the barest clothing and dance around in circles, arms out, face to the sky, rejoicing and just thoroughly enjoying the moment. Then... I went looking for rainbows. (Yes: the sun was shining along with the storm)

It took a few minutes, but I found it.

Now today is a great day. God brings rain so we can have rainbows. (I still haven't found the pot of gold, though I did once meet a leprechaun).

 LOL... sheesh. And SK just suggested I put a pic of myself in my new bikini on my profile too. The thought horrifies me lol.

 I think how it works in folklore is if you CATCH the leprechaun, he will promise to take you to the pot of gold if you release him. Of course, they're tricky little buggers, so if you let him go before you GET said gold, well... at best, he'll just disappear and you'll never see him again, most likely. And at very least, you would need to at least ASK about the gold... they don't just say "oh, she saw me... I'll taker 'er to me gold". I never thought to ask lol.
