Lunch

The heat and lack of enthusiasm to cook has lead my to my safe place.

Thai dishes

Tomorrow's lunch is a Thai beef salad.

Steak rare, thinly sliced

Red onion, cucumber, tomatoes, chilli, finely chopped nuts ..oooerr..lime juice, nam pla (fish sauce), soy sauce, ginger, palm sugar, sesame oil, coriander (cilantro), basil, mint, ginger

Toss the lot together

Lush....one of my favourite summer dishes

You do realise.....your 5 a day is the minimum. He actual study returned a recommendation of between 10-20 a day......the medical council said....the public will never go for that .....but they didn't count on me....id be delighted to have sex 10-20 times a day 😇
